Chamfering machine is a special tool for chamfering the end face of pipeline or flat plate before welding. It is used for chamfering the edge of workpiece before welding. 1. Hydraulic oil circuit of chamfering machine
a. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;
b. The hydraulic oil used in this machine is hme25 or ISO bil;
c. The oil of the new machine shall be changed after 2000 hours of operation, and the oil shall be changed after 4000 ~ 6000 hours of operation. Each time the oil is changed, the oil tank shall be cleaned;
d. The oil temperature of the system shall be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃ and shall not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, the oil quality and accessories will be deteriorated and damaged.
2. Chamfering machine filter
a. The filter shall be replaced or cleaned every time the oil is changed;
b. If the chamfering machine has relevant alarm or other abnormal filters such as unclean oil quality, it shall be replaced;
c. The air filter on the oil tank shall be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, and it is best to replace it once a year.
3. Hydraulic components of chamfering machine
a. Clean hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent;
b. After the new machine is used for one month, check whether there is deformation at the bend of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, replace it. After two months of use, fasten the connection of all accessories. When doing this work, shut down the machine and there is no pressure in the system.
Maintenance of chamfering machine:
1. After the end of each shift, clean up the iron filings left on the machine tool to keep the machine tool clean.
2. Observe the tightness of the belt and adjust it if necessary.
3. Always check whether the fastening screws at all parts are loose.
4. For the bearing of the cutter shaft, add No. 46 lubricating oil every 6 months.
5. If the blade is worn or damaged, adjust the blade and use other cutting edges to rotate for an angle. After it is firm, replace it if all four cutting edges of the blade have been worn.
Safe operation procedures for chamfering machine:
1. The operator shall be familiar with the structure, performance and operation steps of the machine.
2. Add oil according to the lubrication chart, and check whether the oil quality and quantity are normal and whether the oil circuit is unobstructed.
3. Remove the sundries hindering the work on the machine tool, check whether the protective device and cutting tool are normal and firm, and whether the source switch and grounding device are in good condition. Start it after confirmation.
4. The width of the material rack shall be adjusted properly to avoid unobstructed blanking.
5. Keep enough coolant to prevent the blade from burning out.
6. The guide rail of the machine tool shall be provided with a certain amount of lubricating oil to prevent rust and lubrication.
7. In case of any abnormality in the bed, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting, or notify the maintenance personnel for maintenance.
8. After work or after work, the machine tool must be cleaned, kept clean, oil the guide rail and sliding surface for rust prevention, and cut off the power supply.
