Therefore, it is necessary to convert the pipe shape data from the drawing or confirmed by Cartesian coordinate system into incremental pipe shape data before bending.
Pipe bending processing is different from general cutting processing, which selects vector pipe bending processing skills. Vector elbow is based on vector theory, which regards the pipe fittings as composed of a series of straight lines and arcs.
In the Cartesian coordinate system, the center line of the straight-line section of the pipe fitting is indicated by a series of space vectors. First, the coordinates of each intersection point, that is, the coordinate value of the connection point on the elbow drawing, are obtained; Then, the basic concept and operation law of vector are used to calculate the theoretical incremental pipe shape data, that is, the processing data of pipe fittings and bends; The processing data of pipe fittings and elbows are input by the NC pipe bending processing program method, and the "rebound" correction is carried out by the system; Finally, the controller executes the corrected pipe bending processing data to control the three-dimensional pipe shape required by the active bending processing of the pipe bending machine.
