After installing the die of the pipe bender, the pipe bender is really finished. Attention should be paid to the installation of pipe bender molds, whether hydraulic pipe bender or CNC pipe bender.
The installation of elbow die is very important. The mold installer must have the professional knowledge of operating the elbow machine and properly adjusting the elbow mold, and be nervous about the quality of the elbow. The mold must be used for pipe fittings with mechanical size and bending larger than the original setting value. The mechanical load is too large and the mechanical performance fails, which seriously endangers the operators.
1. In the environment of starting the oil pump motor, arrange hands, fingers or any part of the body in the mold running area.
2. Do not use the die installation instructions in the manual without reading or understanding, but install, mediate or move the die.
3. Don't wear ties, jewelry or loose clothes when things are going on or near the machine.
4. If the mold is too heavy to be lifted by hand, appropriate machine lifting methods shall be used. A lifting ring is set on the die, and the lifting ring is used to connect the stability of die parts during suspension.
5. The mould shall be wiped clean before installation to remove dust, metal cutting or other foreign dirt. Otherwise, the vertical chamber does not comply with the sign, employees are injured or machinery and molds are damaged.
6. For differential operation, please confirm whether the switch setting of the selector is correct when it is necessary to change the setting of the pipe bender control. Please test run before performing bending supervision.
7. The elbow lubricating oil makes the surrounding area smooth and pollutes the mold area. Handle the mold with vigilance. When the elbow is coated with absorbent coating, insert the end of the pipe into the scope of practical utilization of the mold to prevent the elbow lubricating oil from dripping on the machine.
